Vineyard is a set of utilities and libraries for smoother integration of Wine on your system. You can maintain application-specific Wine configurations, manage themes or see running Wine programs in the indicator.
- vineyard-preferences: a Gnome preferences-like configuration utility for Wine default or separate configs, somewhat similar to the concept of bottles in Crossover. It can also configure virtual hard drives or wineprefixes of other utilities.
- nautilus-wine: right-click Nautilus integration for Wine.
- python-wine: can interface with the Wine Registry Database or control various Wine functions (achieved by winecfg, regedit, wine uninstall) like:
- program managing
- basic AppDB integration
To install Vineyard on Ubuntu, run:
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:cybolic/vineyard-testing $ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install vineyard
